What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Norfolk Concrete Company collects when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this site, from the home page to every service and city page, and the contact form you reach through it.
We're a concrete contractor in Norfolk, NE, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, give you a quote and do the work. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, call us or email us, you give us details like your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of what you need, such as a new driveway, a cracked patio or a slab that's sinking.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it is stored by that service and passed to us. If you send photos or measurements, we keep those with your request so our crew knows what to expect before we come out.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours can collect basic technical details when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and the general area your connection comes from. This comes through analytics tools and cookies, which are small files your browser stores so a site can count visits and remember settings.
We use this to see which pages people find useful and where the site needs work. It isn't used to identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading and contacting us.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule an estimate, prepare your quote, plan and do the job, and follow up afterward if something needs attention.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, like the form service, our email and phone providers and website hosting, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, stand behind it and keep the business records the law expects us to keep. If you asked for a quote and didn't hire us, we keep that request only as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep a record for legal or tax reasons, and if so, we'll tell you why.
Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights under state law, and we'll honor those when you ask. You can also tell us at any time to stop contacting you about a quote or a past job.
How we protect your information
We limit who can see your information to the people who need it to answer you or do your job, and we use reputable providers for our form, email and website. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form or by email.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information, want a copy of it or want it removed, reach us through our Contact page or call (402) 844-1238. Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you, and we'll get back to you within one business day.
